About James Gordon
Have been teaching for about 40 years and have had countless students in that time. Most students do very well not just in music but in all their subjects. I have many first chair performers in choir, band and orchestra.

I am a graduate of Texas Tech University and certified to teach students of all ages. My youngest student was 4 and my oldest student was 86. I like to analogize sight reading to playing a video game; correct move.
