Lesson Duration & Structure
Standard Session:
60 minutes for adults/advanced learners. 45 minutes
Structure:
10 min review + 30-40 min new concept & practice + 10 min Q&A and homework guidance.
Frequency: 2-3 sessions per week recommended for consistent
