With my guidance any person who have never even done any sort of workout will start to love all sorts of physical activity. Those who have never ran a 100m in their life will start to win medal in competitions and will start performing the best.

I’m Alvin and I’ve been into sports and physical activities since the age of 16. From then I’ve been qualified for many sports events and also participated for the national games in india. Coming from bahrain I’ve also been titles as an overall champion and also as the best athlete in Bahrain.
