About Cosmic
My struggle wasn’t just with my body, it was with the emotional baggage, the beliefs that told me I wasn’t enough, and the part of me that I had ignored instead of healing. I tried diets, workouts, and quick fixes but nothing truly shifted until I turned inward. I started meditating, journaling, listening to my body I stopped punishing myself and started nurturing my soul As I healed emotionally, the physical weight was much easier to lose. Not because I hated my body, but because I finally loved it enough to make changes. This is what alignment feels like: Eating with intention. Moving with joy. Choosing peace over pressure. Trusting the process and the Divine timing of it all. If you’re on your own journey: Be kind to yourself. Your body hears everything your mind says.

Online option is exclusively coaching, which includes goal setting, nutrition advice, and form videos for your use, as well as any other help and support you might need. Please note there may be additional travel costs and gym fees if it is not a gym I usually attend.
