Hello! I am a passionate martial artist and coach with over 11 years of dedicated Muay Thai experience, 3 years of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training, and 17 official fight records. Throughout my years in the ring and on the mats, combat sports have taught me discipline, resilience, and physical mastery.
I want to teach because I love empowering people through martial arts. Whether your goal is to learn authentic self defense, refine your striking form, build real fight IQ, or get into peak physical shape, I am here to guide you step-by-step in a safe, structured, and highly motivating environment.

My coaching philosophy centers on practical execution, proper biomechanics, and personalized progression. Having competed in 17 fights with 11 years of Muay Thai and 3 years of MMA experience, I focus on building real, battle tested skills rather than just mindless workouts.
Every private session is structured to match your specific goals whether you are an absolute beginner learning self-defense or an experienced practitioner aiming to sharpen your striking mechanics. In our live virtual sessions, I break down techniques step by step, analyzing your stance, balance, and footwork in real time to prevent bad habits and build effortless power.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and follow a clear, highly engaging flow a dynamic warm-up, dedicated technical breakdown, high-intensity fight conditioning, and cool-down stretching. I welcome students of all fitness levels and kids as young as (6+). My goal is to give you maximum value in every single session, helping you build confidence, fight IQ, and peak physical condition from the comfort of your home.
