About Mapule
I’m a student who is studying BSc life and environmental science in biochemistry and Botany. I was once an engineering student I realised it was not for me, while learning all of that I was stress, depressed, had anxiety and fatigue.

My teaching method is direct instruction. Here I share how I dealt with stress and everything that hindered my progress in the past, what worked for me and what made things worse. How I realised what’s good for my type of situation and ways of managing anything and everything we go through as humans.
