About Vindhya
I am a certified yoga instructor. I completed my 200hr Yoga Teachers Training Course(TTC) from Sri Sri School of Yoga. I started my yoga journey 10 years ago and have been teaching from many years.
I take hatha, vinyasa, pranayama and meditation classes.

Breath is the life force of our body, breath awareness is a priority while taking the classes. My classes will help you develop internally and externally.
