I am haseena payanda and i currently study biochemistry at the university of westminster for my foundation year. Moreover, I have studied health and social care which includes health and nutrition therefore I have expertise on that topic. As such, I have achieved a distinction for that unit.

I will be teaching you the basic and aspects of healthy eating and how it supports your overall health. You will be learning to differentiate healthy and unhealthy foods as well as achieving a balanced diet. This will be moved on to understanding nutritional content behind foods behind the amounts that is appropriate to take depending on an individual.
