About Puzant
I am a sophomore at Williams College majoring in math and psychology. I've always had a passion and dexterity with math, getting 5s on AP Calculus AB and BC and a 1510 on the SAT. I've been fortunate enough to have two teachers who have shown me that learning math is easy with the right guidance and backbone.
The best thing is as a 19-year-old, I am still very fresh with these subjects and deeply understand how teenagers our age learn best. So though it may seem more favorable to have someone older teaching, it is a unique privilege to have a more relatable teacher.
Furthermore, I have taught professional chess to middle and high schoolers for two years, and that has given me the maturity and strength necessary to motivate and help improve your grades and scores. I hope I have the pleasure of meeting you and can't wait to tackle this journey of growth.

On the PSAT I got a 1250. After thinking my college dreams were over I studied for two months over my junior year summer and went up to a 1510, which was able to get me into USC, Boston University, Williams College, and more.
This was not due to luck or genius, I learned every tactic there was to know and created a study plan optimizing my ability to learn and effectively maximizing my brain health.
If you are in a rush or think its too late to get scores in the top 1%, I just want to tell you that is not true. Apart from so, I want to emphasize that I will be there for your student through it all, and strive to create a coherent sense of understanding in any of these subjects: precalculus, calculus, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, physics, writing, reading, and grammar.
