About Malcolm
Went to UNE late 70's to early 80's - travelled east coast of Australia working for 3 years, joined NSW Police where for over a decade was a criminal investigator, in charge of a Divisional Detectives office & a specialist office, Kings Cross Drug Unit. Married, left police & travelled overseas where I worked as an ESL (English as a second language) teacher in China & Korea - returned home raised family eventually taught vocational education including CSWE & LLNP. Acquired TAE in 2008 & taught & assessed early school lavers & adults in FSK (foundation skills) among other. Love people - love kids - love teaching. Very approachable. I have 4 kids, dog & chickens. Play golf....that's about it.

I teach as though I were teaching to my kids. I want my students to not only grasp the materials they contend with but be confident with it. I focus on critical thinking & how to support that expression through their written materials.
