About Pearl
Hi, I’m Pearl, a certified personal trainer with a passion for making fitness accessible to everyone. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children with additional needs, using fitness as a tool to improve their physical abilities, boost their confidence, and enhance their overall well-being. Through adaptive exercises and personalized approaches, I help kids develop strength, coordination, and self-esteem in a fun and supportive environment.
In addition to my work with children, I also instruct various group exercise classes, including a women’s weightlifting class designed to empower women to feel strong and confident in the gym. I’ve seen firsthand how lifting weights transforms not just the body, but also the mindset, helping women break barriers and build confidence both inside and outside the gym.
Fitness is about more than just physical strength—it's about creating a sense of community, confidence, and empowerment for all.

On my first meeting with Pearl she didn’t bombard me with a ready made plan she spoke to me about my capabilities and what my fitness goals were this allowed me to explain where I wanted to reach and the time it would take. She set out a plan with me and sorted out plans for me to maintain when we weren’t insane keeping an open line of communication for any questions I may have . Pearl is a great tutor and definitely enjoyed the process it wasn’t easy but she made it fun.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pearl, and I can’t recommend her enough as a personal trainer. Pearl is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in fitness, but she truly cares about each of her clients. She takes the time to understand your personal goals and tailors every session to suit your needs.

Pearl is calm and patient and really breaks down exercises to make sure you understand proper form and which muscles you are working with each exercise. Pearls passion for fitness and encouragement transformed my fitness journey, making each session one I looked forward to and producing results I could never have achieved on my own. I built strength, muscle, and confidence, and I couldn't have asked for a more supportive and knowledgeable trainer. Anyone thinking of working with Pearl, I would definitely recommend it, you won't be disappointed, you get great results, and Pearl keeps sessions fun and engaging.
