About İrem
Hello there! I am İrem, Yoga Instructor and Holistic Life Coach. I was able to gather many of the trainings I received on healthy living, wellness and spiritual studies under these two labels. As a former professional athlete, healthy and holistic living is a lifestyle for me and my biggest passion. I am sensitive to the energies around me and have very strong feelings.
As a coach; listening my clients, feeling what they feel and guiding them step by step with the awareness of their true identities is my duty, which I believe is my life purpose with all my heart. I have a teaching style that listens with compassion, guides patiently, and encourages with determination.

My priority is to get to know you, to understand your lifestyle, and to identify your habits and their effects on you that you may not even be aware of, and to create a special plan just for you.
Although getting to know and understanding a person is directly proportional to the time they spend together, I request you to fill out a form so that I can have information about you and your lifestyle and to create a draft plan for you before our interview. In our work, the client must accept all the processes he will do and determine the action steps to be taken.
The coaching process consists of 3 stages; analysis, design and implementation. In this process, physical, mental and spiritual studies are in a unity.
I integrate the training I received in my coaching sessions into the process. Some sessions consist of purely physical exercises, yoga, pilates and bodyweight exercises are performed under the theme of movement. Some sessions are spiritual work consisting of meditation, breathing techniques and reiki therapy. Some sessions are mental exercises on awareness and sharing.
