Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education professional with over 6 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, specializing in Pilates instruction and personalized exercise programs.
Throughout my career, I have worked in Pilates studios, fitness centers, and at a Gracie Barra unit, where I taught Barra Fit classes, gaining experience with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and goals.
My background includes working with older adults, pregnant women, post-surgical rehabilitation clients, and individuals seeking to improve their health, mobility, posture, and overall quality of life.
Combining technical expertise with a client-centered approach, I design personalized training programs that prioritize safety, progress, and long-term well-being.
I am interested in expanding my services internationally through online coaching and Pilates sessions conducted in English.
