About Viera
I have a BA in Physics and over 9 years of experience tutoring students in a wide range of physics topics. My main area of interest is condensed matter physics and materials science. I enjoy helping students explore crystal structures, band theory, superconductivity, and the behavior of semiconductors. These topics connect directly to the technology we use every day, and I use that connection to spark curiosity and deeper learning. I help students understand the physics behind solid and liquid states, and how materials behave under different conditions. My teaching blends theory with practical applications. My physics lessons focus on building real understanding through active learning and hands-on examples. I specialize in Newtonian mechanics, forces and motion, energy conservation, and applying fundamental laws in practical situations.
