We will start by identifying what you have mastered and where the gaps in knowledge or skill are so that we can target them with intentionality. I teach with explicit instruction so our time together is optimized. I follow a gradual release model of “I do. We do. You do.” I’ll start by modeling, and follow up with us practicing together until the student is able to be successful independently.
