About Emily
I’m a women-specific personal trainer dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. My approach is supportive, realistic, and tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level.
I offer both online coaching and in-person personal training in Chester, giving you flexible options that fit around your lifestyle. My sessions are designed to build strength, improve fitness, and support long-term health, without pressure, intimidation, or one-size-fits-all plans. I focus on training that is effective, empowering, and sustainable.
I understand that every woman’s body, background, and goals are different. That’s why I take the time to get to know you, creating programmes that work with your life, not against it. Alongside training, I offer guidance on habits, mindset, and consistency, helping you build confidence both inside and outside the gym.
My mission is to create a safe, encouraging space where women can prioritise themselves, feel proud of what their bodies can do, and enjoy the process of getting stronger.

Online PT (£110 per month)
My online personal training offers structured support with flexibility. It’s suitable for women of all ages and life stages who want personalised guidance while training around their own schedule.
You’ll receive a tailored training programme designed for your experience level, goals, and available equipment, with clear guidance on technique and progression. I focus on strength, movement quality, and long-term results, rather than quick fixes.
Online coaching also includes ongoing nutrition support, helping you develop balanced, realistic habits that fit your lifestyle. I provide education and guidance around fuelling your body, improving energy levels, and supporting your training, without restriction or pressure.
I prioritise consistency, confidence, and sustainability. With regular check-ins, feedback, and adjustments, you’re supported every step of the way, helping you feel strong, informed, and in control of your training and nutrition.
1:1 Personal Training Sessions (£40 per session)
A typical 1:1 session with me lasts one hour and is completely tailored to you. My sessions are for women of all ages and life stages, whether you’re new to training, returning after a break, navigating pregnancy or menopause, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident.
Each session begins with a warm-up focused on mobility, posture, and preparing your body for movement. We then move into strength and functional training designed around your goals, ability, and how your body feels on the day. I prioritise good technique, safe progression, and exercises that build real-life strength.
My methodology is centred around individualised, sustainable training. I focus on building confidence, not punishing your body, and helping you progress at a pace that feels challenging but achievable. Alongside training, I provide practical nutrition support, offering guidance on fuelling your body, building balanced habits, and improving consistency, without restrictive dieting or unrealistic rules.
