About SURYA KANT
I consider myself as a visionary, coming from a solid tech background now, I was not always like that. As a kid who was shy and had dyslexia it was tough for me to be like other kids back then, communication with anyone seemed like a heavy task forget about asking doubts with teachers, this was around the year 2006-08. Back then online and internet was very limited to selected people and even technology was not even as close to what we see today, but I had great teachers who actually worked so hard for their students to make them improve and do better not only as a student but as a whole person. Coming back today with all these tech on our fingertips, why not utilize this technology to learn and grow, do good things filtering all not so good things available on internet from the meaningful and thoughtful gestures. Life gets way more meaningful when we know "What we need vs what we do not". As a kid I always had this overthinking that we need to learn and memorize everything but later on life I realized " You need not to learn everything coming your way but just the part that's going to take you closer to your goal in the very right way".

My teaching skills vary from student to student, as each student is unique thus a tailored method must be applied based upon assessment of individual. When it comes to teaching a whole class the average outcome needs to be taken. My approaches vary from people to people based upon their age, knowledge, curiosity to learn and willingness to improve. I've managed students at college level, where hundreds of students had different things and one way is not common to all. It takes time, patience, discipline and utmost precision. Assume the way final year students are managed same way freshers can't be managed. So my teaching experience varies from class of student starting from kids (those who have joined college after +2 or even 10 in case of diploma students) to adults.
