About Claret
I am working as a lecturer for the past 5years, I hold a master's degree in M. Sc Food Science and Technology and bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics. Along with with I also have industrial experience of working as a Dietitian, Nutritionist and Quality Assurance Executive.

Teaching Methodology: Student centered, Learner centered approach with innovative teaching methodologies with genuine interest in students' cognitive and social growth.
Lecturing, Collaboration, Discussion and Debriefing are the teaching methods I adapt.
Actively involved in all areas of education including curriculum development, professional communities, teacher mentoring, student career preparation, and exploring technology.
Student Evaluation: The primary purpose of assessment and evaluation is to improve student learning. Information gathered through assessment and evaluations helps to identify students’ difficulties as well as to detect weaknesses in programs.
Methods of Evaluation include: Tests (Written and Oral), Quiz, Essays, Assignments, Feedback and Individual Assessment.
