About Meghan
I am a professional counselor who specializes in neurodiversity and trauma, though I work with all issues and ages, including as young as four. I am a mom of two girls and soon to be black belt in kung fu. I believe in a holistic approach to life, teaching, and therapy and hope to encourage you in your journey.

I taught at the elementary level for all subjects and have taught English as a second language. I have also taught group fitness, folk dancing, and now utilize psychoeducation for my therapy clients. I have been educating in one form or another for over 20 years.
