• I have had both fiction and non-fiction books and articles published by the likes of Penguin Random House, The Times, The Independent and have had books translated and published across the world.
• Genres I have had published include humour, science fiction, travel, sport, fitness, food, drink, gambling, cars, business, poetry, art, design and fashion.
II have also worked on radio and television but the written word, whether printed or online, remains my passion.

I am looking to pass on my writing and editing knowledge to anyone who loves words – whether you want to work in the publishing industry, get going on that novel or family history, or simply wish to improve your writing skills.
Lessons will be hands-on but relaxed. I will show you how to bring your sentences and stories alive but allow you to express yourself in the style that best suits you. I have been called a writer’s editor and believe there are many ways to write. Let’s find yours.
Lessons can be held in quiet public areas such as coffee shops, preferably in Greenwich, although I can travel. I can do online tuition if you choose but would like to meet in person initially if geography allows.
Before we get to work I will do an assessment by email so I can learn what you wish to achieve.
* If you live a long distance from London I would be prepared to travel and stay locally (at my cost) for 2-3 days for minimum of 20 hours teaching.
