About Tracy
I am a mother of 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. When I retired from teaching, I thought I would be so relaxed and happy. Now I find that I really miss teaching.
28 years of my teaching occurred in the same NYC schools. Now, I've been tutoring for 2 years and am looking to take on more students.

My teaching method combines "I do", which demonstrates the skill being taught. Then "we do", where we do an example together. After, "you do".
My lesson plans include an Aim, which shows what we will accomplish. Then a motivation. Then the steps to accomplish the goal.
