About me:
I've been doing martial arts for 14 years, so since I was 4 years old. I have taught for many years and have taught many different people and different skill levels. My main goal is to help people and make them feel better about themselves and gain confidence to make them better

About the lesson

Goals for my students:
-Feel as safe as possible
-Learn to defend themselves if need be
-Gain confidence
-Become more fit

Typical lesson plan:
-Starts with basic skills and workouts
-as you advance, becomes more complicated and difficult

-Beginners mainly, but all comers

-Getting to be comfortable being uncomfortable
