About Nirvaan
About Me
I’m a Year 11 student at Bedford Modern School, with predicted grades of 9 in all my GCSE subjects, including Maths and Further Maths.
I have a strong passion for mathematics and regularly take part in the UKMT Maths Challenges, achieving a Gold award each year. I particularly enjoy tackling challenging problems and exploring different ways of solving them.
As a student myself, I understand the difficulties that can come with learning maths, and I aim to make my lessons clear, engaging and enjoyable. I’m friendly and approachable, and I’m happy to explain things in different ways until the student feels confident with the topic.

About My Lessons
As I’m a student myself, I understand how important it is for lessons to be engaging, approachable and suited to the individual student. My lessons are highly interactive, with plenty of questions and discussion rather than simply talking through a topic.
I tailor each lesson to the student’s ability, goals and learning style. Whether you’re struggling with a particular topic, preparing for an exam, or looking to challenge yourself, I can adapt the lesson accordingly.
I’m happy to cover any topic — just let me know in advance what you’d like to focus on so I can prepare the lesson properly. I’ll explain concepts in detail and teach a range of different methods and approaches, helping you understand why something works rather than just memorising a method.
I’m also flexible with timings and can work around your schedule.
