My lessons are designed for anyone looking to build true confidence and mastery in the kitchen, whether you are a complete beginner, an enthusiastic home cook, or a student preparing for specialized programs like Shad. I focus on teaching foundational techniques and the fundamental "why" behind cooking, rather than just forcing you to follow a static recipe.
A Typical Lesson Plan
The Prep & Concept (10 mins): We break down the goal of the day, review core safety/knife skills, and organize our workspace.
Hands-On Execution (40 mins): We dive into active cooking, focusing heavily on temperature control, texture, and flavor balancing.
Review & Tasting (10 mins): We evaluate the final dish together, discussing adjustments, presentation, and how to replicate the success independently.
