About Malika
I am a friendly, smart and creative individual, I am a tutor with over five years of experience tutoring in many subjects, I'm currently in my third year studying psychology and my course gives me a strong understanding of how students learn. I also work as a teaching assistant in primary and secondary schools, including those with special educational needs (SEN). I aim for my students to feel confident and more motivated to reach their full potential.

My teaching style is seeing a change in the students' learning by them finding a subject/topic one of the most difficult to one of the easiest. I like to make my lessons easier for the students, by going step by step in explaining and focusing on understanding the topic and then I test them with worksheets and if they struggled, I could give more examples and give feedback once they complete the worksheet. I adapt my approach depending on whether a student needs exam preparation, homework help or building confidence in long-term mastery of the subject.
