The crux of my lessons are focused on improving the students goals in a manageable and engaging way. My approach to teaching serves as a facilitator and not purely an instructor.
I do my utmost to lead the students to the understanding that they need as opposed to just telling them in and expecting them to memorize it. Whether this is done through reading, writing, conversation, or any of the areas of learning, I work to ensure the best possible approaches for the students. This means continuing to develop a fluid and dynamic lesson that is not just based off of repetition or the same things week to week.
