About Beatriz
I am a Year 12 A-Level student aspiring to become a financial analyst, currently studying Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, and completing an EPQ. I am also preparing for the TUMA and AEA Mathematics exams, with a strong passion for mathematics and a goal of studying Mathematics and Economics at university. Having achieved a grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics, I am committed to helping students secure top grades (7-9) in their GCSEs. Alongside maths, I tutor Chemistry, a subject I thoroughly enjoyed at GCSE and chose to pursue at A-Level, where I also achieved a grade 9. As a native Spanish speaker, I bring my experience of earning a grade 9 in GCSE Spanish to help students excel in the language. Additionally, I offer 11+ tuition, as I believe in laying a strong academic foundation for long-term success.

11+ and GCSE Maths Tutoring Services: I offer tailored 11+ and GCSE maths tutoring to help students achieve their academic goals. Lessons are flexible and can last between 1 to 2 hours, depending on your needs. Sessions are available 5 to 6 times a week (adjustable) and can be conducted either online via Zoom or in person. I am based in London. GCSE Tutoring Overview: Initial Assessment: Each student will complete a timed past paper to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and current grade level. Targeted Learning: Weak areas will be reviewed thoroughly, with focused teaching and guided practice on these topics. Progress Checks: After each topic is covered, the student will take an end-of-topic/unit test. If they score below 90%, we will revisit the topic to ensure mastery. Exam Preparation: As the GCSE exams approach, lessons will shift focus to exam techniques and completing past papers under timed conditions to build confidence and efficiency. Resources & Homework All resources, including past papers, topic worksheets, cheat sheets, and workbooks, will be provided free of charge. Homework assignments will be set weekly to reinforce learning and develop independent problem-solving skills. These will be due every Friday, with feedback provided promptly. Whether your goal is to boost your grades, build confidence, or excel in exams, I’m here to help you succeed.
