About Jamie
I am a dedicated special education teacher with experience supporting elementary students in both academic and developmental skill areas. I specialize in breaking down skills into manageable steps and using evidence-based strategies to help students build confidence and make meaningful progress.
My background includes working with early literacy, phonemic awareness, and foundational math skills. I design structured, engaging lessons that meet students at their current level while gradually increasing independence. I also have experience aligning instruction with IEP goals, tracking progress, and adapting materials to fit diverse learning needs.
