About Melva
"Analytical rigour defined my early approach to board games during childhood. Calculation and visualisation form the basis of the competitive mindset I require from students.
Having taught 202 students over 13 years, I identify gaps in opening repertoire building and middlegame planning quickly. I emphasise pawn structures and piece coordination to ensure your game logic holds under pressure.
Recording and notation are non-negotiable for progress. Pattern recognition and time management round out my instructional focus. I provide the framework for consistent improvement."
