I’m a 20 year old Egyptian with a huge passion for sports. I have experimented a lot which means I know what works and what doesn’t. I’ve been giving bodybuilding programs for both females and males for more than 5 years. I find joy in helping people reach their dream physiques and motivating you till you get there
