About Abdul Ahad
I am addicted to fitness and I believe regular exercising has endless benefits. I have years of experience in weight lifting and mixed martial arts. I have experience of online coaching and have always achieved great results.
No matter what your goals are everything is achievable with the right guidance and I provide just that.

The training methods vary based on a lot of factors like the lifestyle, goals etc of the person. I work on the mental health and mindset of the person as I believe boosting mental health is one of the first steps to staying fit in and out.
I have worked with people in the past with different requirements and they were always satisfied. I always try to keep things easy, achievable and sustainable.
Things I teach: Explosive strength, Boxing, Muscle building, Weight loss, Muscular Strength.
