About Iman
Hi there! I`m Iman, a first year Theatre Studies student at Warwick University. I feel really passionate about ensuring that children, whether it is entrance exams for 11/13+, GCSEs or A Levels, have a fun, creative and refreshing learning experience! I studied at St Helen`s School in North London, after moving to ArtsEd and completing my BTEC and 2 A Levels. I tutor a wide variety of subjects, but I also help with all types of entrance exams and interviews. Since I did the 11+ and 16+, I believe I have first-hand knowledge and the experience of the types of questions students are likely to be asked both in the exams and in interviews. I specialise in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths and English tutoring. However, I am also able to help with subjects like Theatre Studies/Drama and French! I achieved both A*s in English Literature and Drama A Level and I would like to pass on my tips and tricks in how to do well in these exams. I am dedicated to matching my teaching style to the learning style of the student for these subjects! I am very keen on making a comfortable and exciting experience for my students, allowing them to reach their full potential. I am currently a tutor for Explore Learning (West Hampstead) branch, tutoring in groups and individual based sessions for children aged 4-14. Additionally, during Sixth Form I had tutored a few students for English, Drama and Maths GCSE. I have experience in working with children from primary up until A Level for subjects such as Drama and English Literature!
