• Fun and motivating lesson in all levels, students can learn with progression and can perform a mini show after 10-20 lessons. Students not just learn the sports skills, their self esteem and discipline will also have huge improve in lessons.
• 1.5-2 hours per lesson, 1-2 times per week
•qualified rope skipping and taekwondo coach.

Hong Kong inter-district rope skipping competition champion for 8 consecutive years
