About Miriam
I have been teaching ESL online for 10 years and many of my students have continued classes with me for 1 or 2 years, some of them for over 5 years, at a time.
My main goal, in teaching, is to give my students confidence in their English skills.
I am ready to meet you wherever you are on your English journey and help you improve in whatever way works best for you.

- typically we will study a news article together, picking out difficult vocabulary, discussing the meaning, how to use it, proper pronunciation, and making example sentences with it
- we could also read an English novel together, study vocabulary, or just have conversations on topics that are of interest, learning new words, phrases, and pronunciation
-I have also helped students polish their academic papers and business reports, making them more professional
- I have taught students from 6 years old to 60 years old, and believe that the most successful students are those who enjoy their lessons. I like to find what my students enjoy, and make the lessons fun as well as profitable.
