About Marium
Hi, I’m Marium — a passionate and supportive tutor with over three years of experience helping students succeed in science and mathematics. I’ve completed my O Levels and A Levels in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, and I’m currently in my final year of a Bachelor of Health Sciences at Deakin University, Australia. Having studied in Australia, I understand the challenges students face when navigating different educational systems. My approach is all about making concepts clear, relatable, and tailored to each student’s pace and learning style. Whether it’s preparing for exams, improving class performance, or building confidence, I aim to create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively engaging with the subject.

I believe that learning should be student-centred, engaging, and tailored to individual strengths and goals. My tutoring approach is grounded in building a strong conceptual foundation before moving on to application and critical thinking. Each lesson typically runs for 60–90 minutes, depending on the student's needs and focus level. I maintain a flexible structure—starting with a quick review, introducing or revising core concepts, and then applying them through interactive problem-solving, discussion, or revision activities. Regular progress feedback and exam strategies are also integrated into sessions.
