About Amna
I studied at University College London for my law degree and am practising white collar crime law. I tutored throughout my studies and continue to do so during weekends because teaching English is a passion.
I have been tutoring for 10 years. During my own education, I picked up 2 x national honours for my English Language and English Literature GCSE and A Level examination results. I was trained to teach 11+/English/Sciences at a reputable London tuition centre and am proud of the excellent improvements that my students make. Each lesson that I teach is tailor made to the student's learning style and am comfortable engaging and improving students of all abilities. Whether working with a student with learning difficulties or is struggling and drastically needs to improve (proven results) or gifted students needing to attain the very highest marks for competitive grades - I am here to build, improve and maximise English potential to get each student the grades that they deserve.

My teaching method is tailor made to each student. Mainstream education delivers lessons to big groups of student in a uniform and singular way - I like to assess each student's independent learning style and then create lesson content to reflect their interests and style that best suits understanding and retention of concepts. My ideology is nothing is impossible to teach - if a student finds the subject matter interesting, they will understand and retain it. Based on this model, I deliver fun and interactive lessons that address areas of improvement in a way which is appealing, engaging and most of all: effective.
