About Daniel
Starting with a diagnostic skills check feels counterintuitive because most people just want to jump into songs immediately. This assessment allows me to understand your current chord transitions and ear training habits without guessing.
We build your lesson plan based on the data we gather in that first hour. Since I have 13 years of experience, I recognize when a student is stuck on a specific rhythm or scale. My teaching style relies on the methodical approach I developed while earning my music degree. You might find that we spend more time on electric technique than you initially expected.
Keep in mind that music is as much about listening as it is about playing. I ensure every component of the guitar is demystified. My instruction is built to last.

Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University provides a structured foundation for my technical instruction. The tactile sensation of pressing a fresh set of strings remains the best part of starting a new session. I bring 13 years of experience to every interaction.
