About Allison
As after school tutor. I worked with young people who had low self esteem. But as their grades improved some began to feel confident. I've been a tutor for 10 years. I've tutor in reading, math, writing, test taking skills.

I try to use a child's interest as starting point. Also. I want an individual to express what she wants to get from the lessons. I believe in experiential learning so the students have a sense of trial and error.
