About Pietro
I'm an avid reader and writer. I also like video games, building computers, music, and movies. I build good rapport with my students, many of whom are still in contact with me years after leaving school. I have worked with a wide range of students, from newly arrived refugees from Iraq and South Sudan who have had a very disrupted primary experience, to advanced students who work above the standard for their level.

I am trained in the Berry Street Education Model, MacqLit, John Munro's HRLTP literacy improvement program, John Hattie's Visible Learning. I am also a published author of two books which are available on Amazon and have a 4.5 star rating. I prefer to teach English years 7-12 but can teach primary if needed.
