Any additional cost for travel will be the equivalent of the cost of a return bus or train (whichever is most appropriate) fare from Sheffield city centre. Any additional travel cost must be agreed in advance with the student.
If a student needs to cancel an agreed session they must give at least 24 hours notice by email but can only do this ONCE without paying in full for the agreed session. Any subsequent cancellations after a first cancellation will have to be paid at the agreed rate for the session.
