About Kath
I started dancing when I was three years old. From an early age I was taught how to stretch, when to stretch and what to stretch with what to achieve the best flexibility results. I was always intrigued by anatomy and dance gave a lean athletic build that I learned how to master. I learned how to tone each muscle and what could cause set backs. When I was 18 I tried Yoga and from then on it was game over. I was completely fascinated with each pose and it’s incredible benefits.
