About Jyotsna
Hi, I'm Jyotsna, a certified yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance International, a certified yoga volunteer from Yoga certication board and Ministry of Ayush, India. I have also done my Diploma in Yoga Training.I take online classes for Yoga. Please let me know if anyone is interested. Yoga has really helped me through my pregnancy and postpartum. It is not just a fitness activity, it a way of life, a complete package for body, mind and soul. I also handle therapeutical yoga or yoga for people with specific problems/ concerns.
