About Navneet
I've been practising Yoga for 13 years and have a wealth of knowledge on this beautiful practice. I reached out to begin this practice when I was going through a dark time in my life, and Yoga, along with Meditation and other Self-Help practices helped me beyond measure. It is my greatest joy in life to share the tools that have brought me into alignment with my highest self, my true purpose. This is why I believe I'm here on Earth! So... I would love to share with you and guide you through your journey, in coming back to yourself!

In our 1-2-1 sessions (online), we will focus on where you're at emotionally, physically and spiritually. We will use sacred Yoga postures, Breathing, Meditation and other healing modalities to work through, release and overcome any blockages you might have. These sessions can be used for deep healing work, to exercise, or to simply find relaxation and comfort. The classes will be tailored entirely to you. You can book single sessions or to encourage consistency, you can bulk book, e.g. x4 sessions for 1 month.
