About Cora
Hello, I believe that most people who want to start in Yoga but are unable to follow, or are not in the "standard", are not calm, it is because they have not connected with the power of this ancient philosophy. I seek through Yoga to promote a (re) connection with movement and with the conscious existence that we are body and mind.

My name is Carolina, I have been practicing Yoga for five years and for a year I have been teaching, certificated in Sydney Australia and taking several courses. Graduated in 300HR Vinyasa Yoga, I have courses in Hatha and Yoga Nidra. As a researcher of the body, I always seek to understand how we can (re) connect with this power that is the existence of a body.

Eu ja tinha feito yoga em outro lugar e nao tinha surtido o mesmo efeito. Quando comecei a fazer aula com a Cora, tudo mudou...
