I am a certified yoga instructor from New Haven, CT. I am also a certified reiki practitioner . I normally teach private lessons due to the personal connection but I also enjoy teaching classes to a group of open minded students.

My teaching method begins with creating a space of peace, allowing students to take time to listen to their own body while guiding them through a spiritual journey with saging, breathing techniques and fluid yet strong flows to open up their chakras. I also offer reiki healing during shavasana. I hope to help students become more present and clear.
