I am a mother to a 2 year old baby girl , who looks up to me and has picked up the phrase yoga se he hoga! She understands that mumma is doing something with her body that will heal her . My two year old infact sits with me during my class and has picked
Up a few asanas .And it is all thanx to her I was able to become a yoga teacher. She is my drivingforce. I lost 12 kgs in a span of 5 months . I am here sharing my journey and hoping it would make a difference to atleast
