About JP
I am practicing Yoga personally for more than 60 years as taught by my parents and teachers. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher from Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, India. I obtained my Post Graduation in the year 2019. I am head of the self-established Divya Jyoti Yoga Sadhana Kendra Gomtinagar Lucknow India since 2015. Many organizations have invited me time to time to guide Yoga practice viz:- 1. King George Medical University Lucknow. 2. AIMIST University Malaysia. 3. Enforcement Directorate, Lucknow India. 4. Archaeological Survey of India. 5. Power Grid Corporation of India, Lucknow. 6. Indian Forest Service officer's (Retired) organization Lucknow India.

About the lesson

Minimum 30 minutes to one hour every day or 4-5 days are sufficient. I will guide asan (Postures), pranayam (Breathing techniques), Mudra and Bandh. Different techniques of dhyan (Meditation) will also be guided. One hour spent in gymnasium one feels exhausted but one hour Yoga practice session makes energetic.
