Leena ma'am is a professional yoga teacher who teaches amazing aasans with complete dedication. I suffered from health issues like bloating, hair loss, and hormonal imbalance. After joining yoga under the guidance of Leena ma'am, all these health issues have improved greatly. I also lost weight which I was trying to do for a long time. I am really thankful to ma'am for introducing me to this life-changing path of yoga and would recommend everyone to join her classes :)

She's a great teacher. She has full knowledge of Yoga: Asanas Pranayams and their effects and explains all really well. She is perfect and does all Yoga Postures with finesse. She understands the needs of every student of her class and while giving individual attention guides them to perform the asanas. Her classes are energising and give me strength for the day and i have seen good change in my body in the long run as well. A true inspiration and guide - she is an excellent yoga teacher.
