About Jessie
I am a college student currently. I have dealt with some major health issues in the past which has taught me a lot about health and fitness. I have a passion for fitness and self care. I have over 15 years experience with gymnastics, cheer-leading and dance. I have taken multiple yoga and dance classes lately which have helped me improve my life and find something I'm passionate about- I hope to help others do the same!
