Yoga instructor, sound healer and meditation guide helping students awaken their soul

Lindsey became a certified yoga teacher while working as a full-time pediatric nurse. We are coworkers, friends and in the last year I became her yoga student. Lindsey is a kind, compassionate and genuine person. This comes accross right away in her warm smile, soothing voice but most importantly in her actions. Patients and their families vouch for it as well as her yoga students. She gives clear direct instruction, very reassuring and supportive. I am a great fan!
